What is TRUECONFIDENCE?

TRUECONFIDENCE is a system for creating and managing football confidence pools. All you need to do is log in and make your picks before the first game of the week, and we'll take care of scoreing everything. We'll give you weekley and yearly totals.

Life snuck up on me this year and I didn't have time to setup the pool for this season. :( Sorry. CBS has a nice pool system.

A lot of people seem to have been taken by suprise by last nights thursday game, and have asked if there is a way to submit picks for the rest of the week. No there is not. Each week locks with the first game of the week. It would be unfair to those who got their picks in to change the rules of the game in the middle of a week, and in the middle of the season. If your pool as a whole agrees you are always welcome to have your pool manager set the week to be disregarded in the yearly totals.

There was an error for a few people who picked Arizona over the Cardinals on Week 11. This error showed up on the standings page only. The weekly totals page was displaying correctly. I have fixed the Weeks count on the standing page. I appologize for any inconvinience.

Tie breaker!
I have added the ability for you to input a tie breaker score. This is your predicted total score for the final game of the week. I do not yet have the system set up to tell you which tie breaker is closest, but I figured for now you can ignore the whole new field, or figure that out on your own.

Slight snafu with the game scoring. Don't worry your picks are saved safley and I;ll get the scoreing squared out shortly.

I think everything is in place and ready to go. :) This is our biggest launch year yet, with 26 active pools of more than 2 players. (and a dozen or so with 1 or 2, which I chalk up to people checking out the site but not activly using it. Their loss. :P ).

The weekly remeinders to people who did not make picks seem to have sent correctly, so I have full confidence that the auto locking of picks will work correctly as well, but just in case I will be checking manualy to ensure it locks at the right time.
